Dynamic Engagement With Those Who Do Exactly What You Do
Over 48 hours, you’re going to meet with other CIOs, CTOs and technology leadership from campuses from all around the country. You’re going to learn what’s working for them and what’s not. And they’ll be looking for you to share the same. Beginning the moment you step off of the plane, you’re going to meet new colleagues, you’re going to make new friends and you’re going to get to know the senior people behind the products and services that make your system run optimally.
It All Starts With an Easy Application
The University Technology Summit team reviews your application to understand more about you, your college or university and how we can support your initiatives. Based upon your application and then a selection process that you drive, a custom agenda is developed that introduces you to the people you’re interested in meeting, and who are interested in meeting with you. You’re going to spend two days in interactive and topical meetings, meals and social functions. And as a result, you’re going to learn more in 48 hours than you ever thought was possible!
What’s The Catch?
There is none. You’re going to meet with others who can help you with your challenges. You’re going to meet with others you can help. You’re going to meet with select suppliers. You’re going to do it all in a unique, engaging way that you’ll say is one of the best professional experiences of your career. And it’s all at no cost to you or your organization.
That’s it – plain and simple.
To be eligible, you must be a CIO, CTO or senior technology leader for a college or university system serving a minimum of 3,000 students. Your title should be CIO, CTO or Director, or you should have a minimum of five years of technology leadership experience in a higher education environment. You should have challenges that you’re interested in sharing, a willingness to help others and a desire to learn about products or services that can help you in the next 6 to 18 months.
Introducing a New Way to Get it Done
The University Technology Summit is a new way to engage CIOs, CTOs and other senior technology executives from colleges and universities with a minimum of 3,000 undergraduate students. It’s not a trade show or traditional conference . . . not even close.
There are no booths, no hassles and best of all — no hoping that a decision-maker walks down the aisle and stops by. The University Technology Summit is a unique experience where you’ll share two days of private, unique meetings and social activities with technology leaders you’re interested in meeting, and who are interested in meeting with you.
Qualified and Quantified Prospects
College and University technology leaders come to our Summit because they want to make smart buying decisions. They want to hear what’s working for their peers, and what’s not. They’re looking to learn about the latest products and services in the marketplace. And most important, they want to meet the people behind those solutions. You’re going to meet with decision-makers who are pre-screened. You’ll know what they want, what they need, and just as important, what’s keeping them up at night. It’s a qualification process you won’t find anywhere else in the marketplace.
Everyone Gets A Customized, Unique Agenda
You’ll walk into The University Technology Summit with a custom and unique agenda. You’ll have seen a complete profile of every delegate including the challenges they’re looking to solve in the next 6 to 18 months. They’ll have seen a description of the capabilities that you provide. We then create a personalized agenda that includes private boardroom presentations, one-on-one meetings, matched meals and memorable social activities with the prospects you want to meet, and who want to meet you.
Limited Supplier Seats Means
To ensure that the attendees are seeing the range of products they’ve come to source within the 48-hour time frame, we limit the supplier number and product categories at our event. This means your competition is also limited. Our events do sellout so take this opportunity to condense six months of sales meetings into two days of highly focused meetings with the right decision-makers.
We Make It East and Cost Effective
With one price, everything is included. Your resort rooms, airport transfers, meals, a/v, participation costs and even the bar tab is covered. At the Summit, we want you to focus on meeting prospects, not meeting planning. The experience is limited to just a select number of suppliers, so please call us today for more information!
